Denchik has announced a new automation framework for its editorial operations following a review of AI configuration tools and a recent industry conference. The initiative aims to streamline content production through integrated reference databases and parsing systems.
Centralized Reference Management
The workflow begins with a centralized Notion repository organized by content categories, including news updates and game reviews. Each category contains reference materials alongside specific prompt instructions for text generation. A dedicated parser bot monitors selected websites and social media accounts belonging to industry regulators, operators, and journalists. The system filters incoming information against established criteria and delivers alerts through a Telegram interface, allowing immediate draft creation.
Automated Draft Generation and Review
The second phase connects the reference repository with the parsing module. An automated agent retrieves relevant data through the API, applies the corresponding prompt guidelines, and produces initial drafts for editorial review. Editors will manage submissions through a swipe-based interface that functions similarly to dating applications, routing approved materials directly to the proofreading stage. The framework initially supports a single content format, with additional categories scheduled for gradual integration into the Terminal platform. The primary objective remains the reduction of manual labor across standardized content production. The details were shared in a project update.
